Who manages the community?

The board of directors often engages contractors to perform various maintenance jobs.
  • The members elect a board of directors, which makes the day-to-day decisions. This way decisions may be made efficiently and in the best interest of the group. 
  • The co-op may contract for certain management tasks (including rent collections, bill paying, snow plowing, well testing, etc.). 
  • We have an on-site community manager Monday-Thursday from 2-6 p.m.
  • Employees work under the direction of the board.
